It's a privilege to have seven of my mixed media artworks selected for the walls of one of the UK's top restaurants - Lunar at the World of Wedgwood, Barlaston. Owned by one of the country's leading chefs - two Michelin-starred Niall Keating, it was a real honour to have him there to help make the selection of my art. It's not every day your artwork is laid out on such a Chef's Table!
My framed fine art giclee prints can be found on the walls of Lunar Restaurant and are also featured and represented on the restaurant's website.
Lunar celebrates creativity, and the artwork & sculptures found throughout the restaurant are creations from local artists that they are proud to represent. I am honoured to feature alongside artists such as internationally renowned, award-winning Ian Mood, prize-winning Peter Davis and Geoffrey Wynne.
Aptly my art is to be re-homed in the Botanical Garden bar at the restaurant - handily a nice spot for a drink and to try one of their delicious cocktail creations.
I'll also be at the World of Wedgwood on Sunday 14th April 10 - 12 midday running a Pen Drawing and Watercolour for Wellness workshop for Wedgwood and Fiskars as part of their World Art Day Celebrations. I have been privileged to delve into the Wedgwood archives and we will be using beautiful Wedgwood botanical designs as a source of inspiration in the art workshop.
